I am a passionate physical education teacher and researcher. With a decade of K-12 teaching experience, I am dedicated to developing holistic, reflective, and transformative physical education curricula. My current passion lies in advancing college-level teaching and research, with interests in social and emotional learning, teacher community, and educational technology. My research incorporates innovative data collection and analysis strategies to deepen understanding of student and teacher experiences. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, pickleball, and exploring local cafes.
